CANCELLATION POLICY
Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide a 24-hour advance notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of the total cost of the scheduled service(s). This policy is in place to acknowledge the value of both your time and mine, and to ensure fair scheduling for all clients.
I understand that emergencies may arise unexpectedly. If you have a fever, a known infection, or have experienced vomiting or diarrhea or have been vaccinated within 24 hours prior to your appointment, Contact Us to reschedule.
During seasons of inclement weather, mobile sessions may result in the need for same-day cancellations. I will provide advanced notice in the case of heavy rain, snow, and bad road conditions. Late cancellations due to weather, emergencies, or illness will generally not result in any charges but will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
